1. Registration and Eligibility
Participants must provide accurate information and meet the legal age requirements under Hong Kong law.
2. Fees and Payment
All fees must be paid in advance through the designated third-party payment gateway.
Unless otherwise stated, all prices are in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD).
3. Event Changes or Cancellation
The Academy reserves the right to change, postpone, or cancel an activity due to force majeure or other reasonable reasons.
If an activity is cancelled by the Academy, a refund or other alternative arrangement will be provided.
4. Participant Conduct
Participants must comply with Hong Kong laws and follow reasonable instructions from event staff.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Academy will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, personal injury, or property loss arising during the activity.
6. Intellectual Property
All activity content, information, and branding are the Academy's intellectual property.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
